::Avatar-ish:: Maia

I read an Avatar fanfiction that I loved. It’s really awesome, and if I can contact the writer to get her permission, I’ll post the link. The story is pretty mainstream. It’s about Zuko’s life mainly, just stuff that happens before and during his search for the Avatar. It’s really, really heartbreaking. There are a few minor O.C.s in the story, but they are so awesome I had to wonder if they were actual people in the real plot.

This girl is Maia. *snarl rar trampslutwhorebitch!* She’s Commander Zhao’s new (and very young) ‘wife’. (and by ‘wife’ I do mean concubine. I call her his wife because she’s currently his only concubine and she is very possessive of him. Also, Zhao seems to treat her very very well…hence the nice clothes.) She’s from a village in the Fire Nation the rebelled against their cause and was consequently crushed. She was in an execution line when Zhao picked her out because she was a hottie. She was so thankful for his ‘mercy’ that she vowed to do all in her power to fulfill his every desire. She’s also a little wee bit psycho… Oh, and to answer everyone’s silent question- no, she is never at any time ‘involved’ with Zuko. She does help make his life suck though. If you’re a Zuko fan, you’ll hate her. Hell, you’ll hate her anyway. She doesn’t do much, but when she takes action it is pure EVIL. She actually does one thing that makes a whole lot of the plot holes tie in…too bad its just fanfiction.
